Denis Lindo is an Associate Trainer of SUCCESS AFRICA. He aims at reaching out to Small Medium Enterprises by providing the much needed Business Development Services that many of such enterprises would not ordinarily afford on the open market. His passion for SME’s was reinforced by the fact that SMEs would be tomorrow’s development engine and yet, few consultants and financial institutions were willing to work with SMEs because of their usually low budget assignments. He has successfully consulted for other organizations like Aclaim Africa Consultants, Enterprise Uganda, ICT-Translations Uganda, Renaissance Capital Ltd, Muteesa 1 Royal University, Bugema Adventist University, African Christian Outreach, Centre for Management Excellence (CME), World Vision, Intraline Shipping & Logistics, Hi-Tech Detective Systems, Café Pap, Eclof Uganda, Standard Chartered Bank, Aqua Pure Ltd, Mildmay Centre, among others. Denis has held senior management positions in a number of organisations and was notably the pioneer Station Manager of 104.1 Power FM radio before embarking on his consultancy career. Denis has developed and designed several tools to help in the management of SMEs as well as individuals. Notably, he recently developed a “Personal Finance Management Tool” which has turned out to be so popular amongst users. Over 250 people within Uganda and the diaspora are currently successfully using it. An electrifying motivational speaker gifted with the talent to re-awaken anyone seated on his or her potential and talent. He is a coach, trainer and a business counsellor.
