This is a hands-on training where participants are actually required to write an actual proposal framework that the organization can use for funding. It is mainly participatory and everyone that goes through this package is able to add value to the process of resource mobilization in an organization. Past reports are critiqued for feedback from an outsider’s perspective. This way staff members agree on a format and they are taught both what to do and what not to do.
