Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Success Africa offices in the heart of Kampala — Impala House on Kimathi Avenue, opposite KCCA — your child will be in a structured environment built around three distinct phases every single day:
8:30 – 9:30 AM LEARN
The first hour of every day is dedicated entirely to learning. New skills, new concepts, new frameworks — delivered directly from 22+ years of real business experience, and reinforced through the professional coaching programs your child will be part of.
9:30 AM – 4:30 PM IMPLEMENT & EARN
The rest of the working day is for doing. Your child will take what was learned that morning and apply it immediately — selling real products and services, having real conversations, and earning real commissions when they close a deal. No case studies. No simulations. Real work, with real results.
4:30 – 5:00 PM REVIEW
The final thirty minutes of every day belong to reflection. What went well? What were the lessons? What needs to be done differently tomorrow? This daily review cycle is one of the most underestimated habits in professional development — and it is built into every single working day of this program.
This structure — learn, implement, review — is not an accident. It is the same rhythm used by every high-performing professional I have observed over 22 years. The morning builds the knowledge. The day tests it in reality. The evening cements what worked and corrects what didn’t. And every Monday, your child will join our live online coaching sessions — the same programs that employed professionals pay to attend each week. Personal development. Effective communication. Sales and persuasion. Alongside people who are ten, twenty years further into their careers.
