Pamela Ossiya Elubu is a Senior Human Resource and Organisational Development (OD) Consultant at Success Africa. She is a dedicated, exposed, and experienced senior level Human Resource professional, practitioner, and Organisational Development Consultant with over 19 years’ experience. She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) –Human Resource Option. Her key objective is to avail and use her expertise to initiate and support increased organizational productivity, development, and change management initiatives. Pamela is a Regional Associate Consultant with CBLI Arusha, Tanzania. Pamela has assisted several organizations and clients at a strategic level to integrate effective and efficient Human Resource and management policies, processes, practices, and programs into their everyday operations. She has supported and encouraged workforce transformation, in addition to being able to improve organizational performance through the analysis and address of current challenges in a cost-effective manner. Pamela has vast knowledge and demonstrated experience in strategic human resource management, capacity building, and Organisational Development. She has had the opportunity to work with organizations of various sizes, and with diverse teams both within the private and public sector. Pamela has had the opportunity to be actively involved in recruitment drives in different capacities which include as chairperson to the interview panel, panel member, and as a secretary to some panels. Pamela has been involved in the identification of senior-level staff, middle managers, and junior employees using different approaches including headhunting. Her demonstrated experience and exposure will greatly contribute to the success of this recruitment assignment. Pamela is responsible for the recruitment function and consultancy/business arm of Success Africa. She is also an adult trainer, a motivational speaker, mentor, and coach.
