On-going feedback
Sticking to the official once monthly or once quarterly performance review meeting is not enough. Build a culture of open on-going feedback. If something can be improved now, don’t wait for next week.
Time management
Every day will continue to have just 24 hours, not more, not less. However, the amount of what can be achieved in 24 hours expands or shrinks depending on one’s productivity. Help your future leaders by investing in products and training that will help them organize and maximize the time spent working each day. Leaders are a highly productive breed.
